How did I get started?

So let me tell you all about my success story. Transitional flow

The second phase looks at the transitional flow, and it teaches you how to merge the moves that you previously learned in the first phase. There is a slight difference with this phase, as it helps you burn more calories (I wasn’t complaining about that) and it also keeps your heart rate up. This is when I started to really notice a difference with my body, I could feel my muscles tightening up, and I just felt a lot better and a lot healthier in myself. Each day I was looking forward to doing some yoga, as I could feel the benefits almost immediately after I had completed the yoga burn challenge each day. It felt like I was completely cleansing my body, and it made me feel like I had never been so healthy.

Mastery flow

The final phase looks at the mastery flow. This is definitely one of the toughest, but trust me your body will appreciate it. This phase not only merges both of the sequences that you would have learned in phase one and two, but it also turns it into a new sequence that will really test you. It is difficult I’m not going to lie, but the end results are astonishing, and you will never regret completing the yoga burn challenge.

You may find that the videos are different compared to the other two phases, but this is just because you have to work a lot harder as it’s teaching you how to make your muscles even stronger than they already were. There are also extra compound movements that have been added in the final phases videos, and these have been actually designed to improve your lower body as well as your upper body in the least time-consuming way.

However, when completing this final phase I found that it really helped me mentally as well as physically. I used to forget a lot of things all the time, and I had a pretty terrible memory, to be honest, but I found that just by completing the yoga burn challenge my mind was a lot more focused. Plus, I felt like it helped me improve my memory, as well as giving me the exact hourglass figure that I had desired to have for a long time. Another thing that also benefited me greatly from the yoga burn challenge was that it managed to heal the pain that I was suffering from in my left shoulder. While I was halfway through the yoga burn challenge program I noticed that it was starting to ease off, and not hurt me so much anymore, and then by the end of the program I haven’t felt any pain at all, it’s like a miracle.

Because of the yoga burn challenge my body is now exactly the way I want it to be, I’m looking so much more toned than I ever did before, and it has completely changed the way I look at myself. It has given me the positivity and self-confidence that I needed. It has helped me physically in many ways, as I’ve noticed my muscles are toning more and more, my whole body stamina has unbelievably improved, and also I always used to slouch quite badly, but now my whole posture has completely changed, and this is all because of the yoga burn challenge.


Not only this, but it has encouraged me to find more time in my busy schedule to continue my journey with yoga by myself and with my friends as well, as this made it even more fun than it already was. Because of the yoga burn challenge I’ve now decided that I will go to a yoga class once in a while, as I’d like to carry on practicing it as much as I can, as well as learn new techniques. Another thing I’m really hoping for is that there will be another yoga burn challenge that I can do in the near future, as it has really made me love this type of exercise because it taught me new relaxation techniques I’d never heard of before.
